Claims support
Claims begin with the facts.
Notify us as soon as reasonably possible. We help organise the information the insurer may require, communicate with the insurer and relevant parties, and keep you informed as the claim progresses.
Put safety first
If anyone is seriously injured, in immediate danger, or urgent police, fire or ambulance assistance is required, call Triple Zero (000). Once people are safe, take reasonable steps to prevent further damage where it is safe to do so, and arrange appropriate emergency repairs if needed.
First steps after a loss or incident
- 01Notify Wesure as soon as reasonably possible.
- 02Retain evidence and keep records of what happened.
- 03Avoid admitting liability.
- 04Preserve damaged property where it is practical and safe to do so.
- 05Obtain documentation for any urgent mitigation or make-safe work.

Notify us of a claim
Share the initial details on our claim form and we'll be in touch. This is a notification, not a determination of cover.
Wesure can assist with notifying, documenting and communicating a claim. The insurer determines whether the policy responds and the amount of any settlement, subject to the policy terms, facts, exclusions, excesses and the insurer's assessment.
Information on this website is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
